AboutElemental Elegance was founded in 2007 and is a collection of hand-crafted jewellery, made with a selection of semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski crystal, silver and glass. The shop was started after a number of people commented on the jewellery that I was making, encouraging me to start offering to sell it to help pay for the numerous beads and gemstones I was wanting to try. I first tried a few items on eBay and these did indeed sell to happy customers! All the items are made by myself in my free time – jewellery making is my hobby, not my full-time job – however that does not mean that I don’t treat making and supplying jewellery with professionalism! All items are finished to a high standard, using quality supplies, well packaged, dispatched quickly and all enquiries, returns and other email communications are dealt with promptly. Please check back often as new items will be added frequently as I experiment with new gemstones, ideas and jewellery making techniques. Very occasionally, we will run out of the stones, beads or findings required to fulfil an order in the originally stated time. If this is the case, you will be contacted with a new estimated dispatch the time along with the option to cancel/modify your order if you are no longer satisfied with the speed in which you will get your item. UK DeliveryItems up to a value of £34 are delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and should arrive between 1-3 days. Orders with a value over £34 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance and guarantees next day delivery. All items will require a signature on delivery. The maximum you will be charged for postage and packaging is £6.50. Overseas DeliveryIf you require overseas delivery, please first email before making your order so that delivery costs can be calculated. PaymentPayments are made securely via the PayPal website. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by Credit/Debit Card. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Elemental Elegance does not see your card details at any time. On completing your payment on the PayPal website, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal detailing your order. ReturnsGoods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods. Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive an item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage. PrivacyCustomer details are only used for the purpose fulfilling and dispatching your order. You will not be contacted for any other reason. None of your details will be shared with any third parties. SilverUnless otherwise stated in the item description, all the silver beads, crimp beads, clasps, ear wires and other findings used in the item are 925 Sterling Silver.
